For all courses, we will issue a full refund if the registered student provides a written request prior to the start of course. Email is preferred. Request sent through regular mail must be post marked prior to the start of course.
For Continuing Education courses, we will allow the registered student to reschedule twice at no charge. A $10 handling fee will be assessed for each subsequent schedule changes. For Continuing Education courses, we will reschedule all students for the next available course in the event of inclement weather, instructor no-show, or insufficient enrollment.
For Multi-day courses, we will issue a refund less a $10 handling fee if the student attends the first class, but provides a written request before the start of the second class. No refunds will be issued after the start of the second class. We will reschedule the student to the next available course if student misses more than one class. You may return any book(s) purchased from us within 10 days of delivery for a full refund.
